I have no problem with giving good feedback and recommendations. I sometimes do, when it is appropriate.
Alongside that, I don't give good feedback when it isn't appropriate.
This thread was posted in the context and with the unwritten understanding, that the feedback would not have been good...
Asking you to revise your 3* rating was not just brass neck, but a level of unawareness that is a further indication of their inability to resolve the issue despite you chasing it for weeks. How to thoroughly piss off a customer they haven't spotted is already pissed off.
