    Giving the minimal interaction that I have with British Gas the honest answer in No. My response each time has been to point out that providing the best customer service should be on their mission statement, together with cost.

    It aways amuses me when the British Gas customer survey asks the question ‘whether I would be willing to pay more for better customer service’.
