Which is fine and I agree I should've seen the email whilst away, but to then allow some to get tickets that haven't registered and some are told it's a no seems very inconsistent.
This is a very inconsistent approach by the club, sent my fan number, DoB etc only to be told I hadn't pre-registered, just checked e-mails having been away on holiday.
... and that's the right answer, have just returned from holiday and clicking through e-mails now, I haven't pre-registered, so you're right that's why I can't buy. :cry:
