Checking the FreeNow taxi app, its saying about 20 minutes from Termini to Stadio Olimpico, but I assume that will take longer earlier in the evening on a match day.
I wouldn't buy any train tickets in advance now, and those prices look very high to me.

We don't know about trains heading north on Friday - some are confident there will be some services, with others saying all long-distance services will run, so one option is to just book it and hope.
Other than that, you could stay an extra day and depart...
