Club of course has to be mindful of home grown players regulations, so I assume would prefer British. For that I'd say likely Ross Barkley, Ben Mee or (possibly) Matt Ritchie. If we're going non-British then it would have to be Eriksen (year on his deal but gettable) or Thiago for me.
