    Definitely. Tottenham tried to get a colossal investment from a Qatari? fund with Levy/Lewis not relinquishing any true control, but ultimately the state running the fund were switched on. People will try to have their cake and eat it.

    There was at least two others too, Charlton, Wrexham? But the small group structures now, such as ours, have a parent company, with at least two subsidiaries. One owning the stadium/training ground, the other everything else. Only an idiot would spend £100m’s only purchasing the latter...

    Any yet companies that build the stands make tiny margins, especially on unique projects and go bust (Buckingham Group). There’s no rip off, materials (global markets), professionals and specialist trades are all expensive in a very expensive part of the world.
