    I don't see that at all. He's 22 years old, lost his way a little at Spurs, but definitely talented. A loan with an option (rather than obligation) to buy, at the reported £8m could be a very shrewd bit of business - so long as he not on ridiculous wages...

    I'm FAIRLY sure that whatever the rules are, on numbers of loans, the ones to clubs abroad are not counted in the same way as loans within the same country.
