    Apparently. His hand moved towards the ball but now it seems that if he slipped it's OK. Meanwhile a ball comes off a player's leg and hits the arm raised it is a pen. Ridiculous.

    I think his left hand is ahead of the last defender. Not sure what advantage that gives him though. I think that the law needs changing to the player's leading foot being in front.
