Must be long term targeting a younger demographic. I first encountered the incredibly loud bars music thing on staff nights out in Brighton city centre in about 2010. Even younguns trying to talk to each other had to yell into lugholes.
I cycle past the Coldean pub, I hope they still thrive on match days. Perhaps being cheaper and having traditional immediate service will give the pubs an edge in another way.
I just mentioned that to you as a fellow ns‘er. Couldn’t believe how lucky we were with the short queues at HT.
At the Forest FAC game the concourse was heaving.
Because everyone else were French speakers, interfering may’ve gone belly up eg the old people may’ve intimated not to worry. On UK trains I’ve asked people to move bags hogging seats.
Worst we saw was on a train leaving the French Alps April 23, this young French woman took 4 seats. Out of sight to the right are a bunch of old French people, who had to stand for 3 hours. There are luggage racks by the exit doors, but she obviously wanted to keep sight of her possessions.
The personnel at the base of the stairs will be checking for legit Amex cards only.
Caught with one of those, reported to TB, then a life ban by the club.
The same here, we’re flying. Only found out it was live on TNT when I was at the game, was that a significant added factor?
Evening Amex games during the 2022/23 season run in, from memory, the place appeared rammed.
Not sure that I’ll ever use it, but the graphics of the finished venue look amazing. Great concept, it should be buzzing especially after a win. Might ease the end of match transport queues. Thank you TB.
I look forward to the @WATFORD zero and @Wrong-Direction reviews.
I knew DK throughout, yes it was, short and unsweet. In company law, equity shareholding percentages are everything. He accepted the reality, but was immediately not allowed to remain a director and was made aware at that time that he wouldn't be key to an August 2011 stadium ceremony...
Going by nsc anecdotal storiesover the years, quite a few supporters after games at any time stay for a drink or two, until the transport queues have disappeared. From memory @WATFORD zero mentioned this?
