In fairness Jack, not all the Amex stadium is for everyone. On trains not all the space if for everyone. At almost any sporting venue not all spaces are for everyone.

Our stewards need some training like the best aircrews where they are specialists in moving large groups of people on and off of planes in a polite but efficient manner. There is massive scope for improvement.

I'd imagine as well as there being serving hatches upstairs, there will also be kiosks underneath. This would allow people to stand around in the open area outside the building in the area where they stand now near the big badge on the floor. If it is like Southampton's it will have big screens...
