by the definition of the club's loyalty scheme, you are deemed as a less loyal than someone who's only been going since we got to the premier league.. That's the rules of the scheme... There will always be 2 sides to this story forever.... ... Should we be rewarded because we went 30 years...

that's a different story.... I agree i think there should be more windows maybe running every hour if needed, (250,240,230,220 etc) however that's not the point being made about the system selling out in less than 20 seconds... having smaller windows wouldn't change the initial stampede at...

of course it sells out that quickly... How many people do you think were trying.. there's circa 10000 season ticket holders trying... for 300 tickets.....

tier 1's didn't have an advantage on you... sadly you were just slower than some to get in the queue.... it will have all been driven on code within the system.. You've just got unlucky....

Ticketmaster won't have priority level schemes like the way this one does.... I get you may be a bit miffed about not getting a ticket, but can assure you it wasn't because of the system....

Why should you be able to hold them for 15 mins to break the system? The system correctly kicked everyone out, then opened on the dot and then people bought tickets... If you weren't fast enough, that's just unlucky.

Not finding out you've lost the ticket until payment isn't as snide as trying to cheat the system....
