Pedro and Fati is a bromance in the making

That was the issue. If the defender hadn’t got a touch, and it comes clean off Pedro, then it is offside. I think we were given the benefit of the doubt.

This debacle is not Hinshelwood’s fault but he doesn’t want to collect the ball from the defenders in tight areas. You can say “he’s only 18, have to start somewhere, don’t be nasty etc” if you like, but it doesn’t change the fact it is one of the reasons we are not as effective as normal.
