    The right decision though - back to the ball, arm close-ish to the body. A 'proper' decision in as much as it wasn't deliberate. wasn't hand to ball - and so on.

    Not necessarily - his back foot would have had to have been behind Martinez (and I don't think it was) - because the Villa player off the pitch counts as being on the dead ball line.
