    Other posters have already predicted a fight for years over what to do with it - I think your post further points to that becoming a reality. It seems sadly inevitable at this stage, my confidence is low that anything will get done and it will be an eyesore for years.

    A real shame that this thread has descended to such depths. Inevitable of any thread which gets past 150 replies but really unpleasant and pointless squabbling. The same tired old cliches being rolled out as usual, it's been done - give it a rest.

    I'm expecting there to be some bad luck stories to come and stories of hard nosed practicality of business. They won't be helping customers more than they're obliged to, they won't support staff more than they're legally obligated to and they won't be doing anything they're not forced to do.
