    Perhaps that's the deal - he signs a new contract, gets a pay rise, but we can get a fee if we sell him (which I would think is the likeliest outcome).

    We have several U21 GKs this season - perhaps they could rotate the no.3 GK position? After all, no.3 GK's aren't called on to actually play very often.
