We started 1 game recently with Welbeck on left cutting in and it worked quite well, not sure why we dont give him a night on the bench to see if he can affect fromt here if needed?
Also noticed, we dont often switch the wingers, wings played on during game so much.....maybe personnel reasons...
Who lost the ball on half way line for their 4th? Was it Caicedo or Offiah? if it was Offiah, it might be a blessing in disguise as the game was already done at 3-1, learn more from adversity and all that.......
f*** me the crowning turd of the night, massive equalise with the last kick of the game, and ref has just played loads of fergie time above the 6 mins injury time.
The third was avoidable, all the defenders had stepped up over the HW line, except Van Hecke who tried to do so too late. I dont want to scape goat anyone as all players have good and bad games, but my objective opinion on tonights performance is both Van Hecke and Buonanotte dont look ready yet...
I'd agree, the OG is forgiveable, nobody does that deliberatly and the ball is whipped into dangerous area... the defending for Burns goal is poor, he's unmarked (tonight Shane Duffy would be better than Van Hecke), but giving a cheap free kick away in the area he did, with seconds to half time...
come on, if you were a pro and played for one club and then celebrated for another, ofc that could be deemed out of order.... but if you played for one club then sored a crucial goal for the Albion against former club, thats understandable.... if I scored in the Amex for Albion, I would too
Games done imho.
Poor team selection is forgiveable, cant always get that right and players with injuries, fatigue etc....
standing passively as the walls crash down, and we're getting taken apart, just as with Everton is at RDZs door.
This second goal was invetibale without changing...
I dont get why we didnt play the stongest 11 tonight and some of the fringe against Stains?
another shite performance after the euphoria of a big win.... United - Everton, Arsenal - Newcastle
