Nah, I am not buying that. Sure the govt and TFL etc have a part in it all but the FA and TV are firmly to blame. They know the state of the infrastructure and yet they arrange things for the $$$ and the benefit of the TV viewers first. Putting blame on different govts etc cannot change the fact...
