Completely agree, Steele is well behind Sanchez when it comes to pulling off game saving saves. However it is Steele's ability to create chances that is becoming integral to how we play, we need a reserve keeper that can fill that role when he is injured and Sanchez is not up to the task...

Hey Stat, while I pretty much fully agree with your sentiment, I don't think I was ever confident that Maupay would put the ball into the net when he got the chance and was pleased when he left. For me he regularly reopened that memory from decades ago that left us all heartbroken.

There is no argument that Sanchez is a good goalkeeper, trouble is RDZ has his way and that is it. I would imagine he is very easy to get along with and also very easy to get offside. It would be hard to take for Sanchez, I rate him a better goalkeeper than Steele, but the role is evolving...
