It's not irrelevant in the fact that you don't need to decide until you've played at senior level (and even then I believe you can change your mind if you've only played in a friendly!).
That spans a few years (hence the empty stands) and includes many that weren't his fault). If they were all in the first half of last season then I'd be inclined to agree about the decline.
The Fulham game was, I believe, 2020/21 season!!
I'm inclined to agree. There isn't a keeper that hasn't at least made one blunder like that so I don't recognize the comments others have made about his declining standards. For me though, abandoning your team mates at a crucial time of the season and not redeeming yourself is the worst 'crime'.
Semantics. A footballer telling his manager he doesn't want to sit on the bench is effectively the same thing. He knows that RDZ, or any manager for that matter,, isn't going to put a player on the bench if he's said he doesn't want it as he is clearly not committed to the team.

But we do have an idea on what has been said.
This direct quote from the below article, De Zerbi said: “At this moment, he (Steele) is closer to my idea, my style. Robert is improving, but Jason deserves to play. When I speak of my style, I’m speaking about the foot.”
Sanchez should have...
Well that's your take on it. Man Utd have been pursuing Onana and perhaps you should ask yourself why Utd offered De Gea a lower contract? He's only 32 which is no age really for a keeper. If he was good enough they would have paid him at least the same. You're also trying to rewrite the...
It's not just RDZ though is it. More and more want to play out from the back, that's why Ten Haag let De Gea go. Sanchez is a **** but his refusal to sit on the bench for the last 6 games means he falls foul of the 'no dickheads' rule. Now he may have been very badly advised by his agent but...
