Possibly, in fact probably not.
Most of the ticket resale sites are re-selling middle-tier Club Wembley seats which is permissible under the terms of Club Wembley itself.
It's not a "sting" - the other member has been in touch with me, and has been on here for 10 years. I think he, understandably, feels a bit bad as to how it's all turned out.
A lot of them will be Club Wembley which weren't and aren't on sale to Albion fans and can be sold on a match by match basis.
However, the club do work extensively to clamp down on these sales sites, certainly for fixtures at the Amex, but it's not easy as the companies are generally situated...
The ban is for 10 home league matches, and any away league and cup matches that fall within that period.
We have four home league fixtures that remain this season so the ban, as it stands, will last until we have played six home league fixtures next season, and any other fixtures that take...

1. It seems certain that your post on here that detailed your seat details was read and acted upon, as you not been sanctioned for selling your ticket but because "a match ticket owned and assigned to yo...has been listed for sale online"

Looking back at the OP's previous posts - he posted the full seat details (block / row / seat) on NSC a short while back.
I suspect that's where the information came from.
Which makes me feel a little bit sad.

I only investigated the Wembley Ts & Cs out of curiosity after several others mentioned that Wembley allowed face value (or below) exchange.
However, this is what is detailed on the sales page...
