It didn’t actually go out. The ball while kicked by the Fulham player toward touch curled round and stayed in. Dunk actually ended up with the ball.

Agree, those in charge have a lot to answer for, but it’s clear where the power lies and it’s not the refs.

They’re dealing with professional cheats. Cheating is so endemic in the game, I actually think it’s impossible to officiate. When you keep asking why are there so many bad officiating performances and you only conclude it’s the refs, you’re asking the wrong question.
