    [Albion] De Zerbi Thoughts?

He'd be disappointed but its not like he's new to football. Bloke knows that great players end up in great teams. When one of the giants come for RDZ, he's going to want to leave as well. Such is the food chain.

    [Albion] De Zerbi Thoughts?

I mean its a nice passage of play but kind of similar to what we've seen for years now and the chance was probably not deemed close enough to a goal to warrant attention like that. Not surprising they didn't show it. Felt a little rushed by Lamptey to head it btw. Could have taken another step...

    [Albion] De Zerbi Thoughts?

Was a good peformance from him and his boys today. First half set-up was a little naive but the changes in half-time were spot on. Chelsea is one thing obviously but the key games will be Villa and Wolves. Get a win in at least one of those games and the feeling going into the World Cup break...

Ouch. Be careful. There are people in here who can't take that sort of criticism or any sort of insinuation that not 100% of all Brighton fans are 100% flawless 100% of the time.

I still wonder what he was yelling to Crofts. Poor man looked moderately amused to be attacked by two wild italians.

    [Albion] De Zerbi Thoughts?

Five games or so left until the World Cup, getting a win before that would be huge to improve the belief in his ideas which would help that mini-preseason. Hopefully already against Nottingham or there could be some tummy aches in a few players. I think the football so far has been ok, bit...

Agree. Most of their 8 defenders did a decent job.

    [Albion] De Zerbi Thoughts?

That doesn't make him a bad long passer, more that he is making difficult choices. Obviously it is easier to keep the ball on the pitch if you just hoof it to the opponents central defenders but thats not what Sanchez do.

His long passing is excellent. All those absurdly good passes to Cucurella and Burn. Sure, not success every time but more often than not.

Depends on the results... if/when things go well people will only remember the results from the first two GP years, if/when things go bad people will only remember the results from last season. But yeah will definitely be a lot of comparisons in general... which isn't weird.
