Staging is less common in the UK because we tend to sell in a chain and houses are full of peoples stuff. In Australia its very common ahead of auctions in sought after areas.
Frankly, its put me off. I'd rather look at the floorplan, the aspect, the location, whether I'm paying for poor value...
