wanted to add , if Dunk’s house has been staged , it’s not been done very well . Looks cold and clinical not really going to appeal to many family buyers . Also the main living space is too narrow at that price point . The floor plan needs some work and that will cost money .

Looks like he’s had a lot of work done , upgraded bathrooms, kitchen etcincluding an extension it looks but I agree in Hurstpierpoint I can’t see how it’s worth more than £2.5 .m . It’s about a million over valued .
