Same. I'll always cook more than is needed so I've got stuff for the next day either to heat and eat or to be revamped into a new dish. Leftover cold rice becomes fried rice the next day. Extra spaghetti becomes a frittata di pasta. Saves on bills and time.

And if you're at school, you have dinner at lunchtime, obviously.
