At 31 if he is happy and playing regular football again l don't think it much matters what standard it is at. At least he is in his homeland and amongst his family and friends.
I doubt very much that we will see him grace the English Leagues again, but we will always have our memories of what...
Very much my worry too, yes he WAS one of the best wingers in the Championship, but that was heading towards ten years ago now, and an awful lot of water has gone under the bridge since then, both in Knocky's personal life and on the pitch.
Can he recreate past glories? l'm not so sure, but l...
All depends thich Knocky Hudds have signed, the exciting explosive winger who starred for us in our Championship days. or Monsieur Sulk as he became towards the end of his spell with us.
If he is motivated and wanting to do well then l don't think Huddersfield could have made a better signing...
Who on earth is accusing him of being greedy? l certainly wasn't! Do some thinking before you press those keys of yours in far away Sweden, you keyboard warrior you.
You will be gone when your hero moves on from the Amex, l though will still be here. :annoyed:
At 30k a week why should he care about football! I'm sure there are other clubs in the Championship, League One, or maybe in his native France, who are more than willing to accommodate him, but not until he is a free agent.
Just where in my post did l say that he was crap or useless? Yes he had a few good games in the Premier League, but he just wasn't the same player who absolutely ran defenders ragged in the Championship.
A different level in the Championship most certainly, l would suggest though that he just didn't hit the same heights in the Premier League. Solly March is probably a lot easier to manage too.
But yes, no one got the heart racing like Knocky with his trickery and bursts of pace down the wing...
