I think you miss my point. The case was not proven, a fault of the CPS or whatever. Morally they may well be guilty though.

Shirley there is a world of difference between someone being technically 'guilty' of any offence and the case not being proven? Morally at the very least.

What ARE you prattling on about? In post #145 I pointed out that I thought the decision set a dangerous precedent and set us on a slippery slope. I am sticking with that. Not TOO difficult a concept, or so I thought.
