When you run your BBand speed tester, don’t do it through Wi-Fi…….get your lap top and disable Wi-Fi….plug in a cat 5 from your lap top directly into the router…..run the broadband speed tester programme again and that will give you an 100% accurate as Wi-Fi will degrade the speed.
