[Albion] Brighton & Hove Albion vs Wolverhampton Wanderers *** Official Match Thread ***

Spot on. We can talk all night about poor individual performances but for me, the worst performance has come from Potter. Our strategy of pushing the play out wide hasn’t worked from the start. GP has failed fo adapt in 101 minutes. We are looking increasingly like a one-trick pony which...

If it stays this way, understandably Potter will speak out about the impact of COVID on team. And he will be right. But all things considered, this is a very poor Albion performance.

This play-acting from Wolves is becoming a disgrace. That must be 6 or 7 lengthy stops due to feigned injury. Ref?

Some shocking theatricals from Wolves tonight. Ref needs to learn from this on his debut…

FFS how many times has March given the bloody ball away or been caught in possession???

Is there a reason why March is in the team at all (and yes I am aware we are hugely depleted). I think Connolly has been unlucky in that he’s had little support and Moder, despite some poor set pieces, is at least involved in the game, I just think March is by far and away our weakest first team...

Oh jeez same ole, same ole, some real quality and intent in there (Mwepu, Lamptey etc) and some hopelessly mediocre (March, Moder).

Having us largely dominated for 45 minutes it was quite obvious they were going to score,

Wolves’ recent form doesn’t match some of the pessimistic views on here. They are definitely not the team they were a couple of seasons ago and with Trossard, Lamptey, Mwepu and Biss in our team, I think there are reasons to be cheerful. However Connolly and March are weak spots so I’m going 0-0.
