    Thanks, that would seem to be the case but this article suggests that if you sell on your ticket without the clubs permission you can be banned and get a criminal conviction. You wouldn't get the latter if it was just a breach of T & Cs as surely it would just be a civil matter...

    When you say media campaign, are you talking about the club advising STH to list their tickets on the exchange or a campaign to promote the game to those that might want to buy a ticket? In either case, I'm struggling to see the problem.

    And, legally, you aren't allowed to pass your ticket around! A blind eye has been turned for many a year but it doesn't change the legality as far as I'm aware. Your letter to PB should be good. 'Dear Mr Barber, why are the club doing their damndest to stop me breaking the law?'
