The walk back to The Bridge was umbrellageddon. Hundreds of dead umbrellas all over the place. A very sad sight indeed. Some looked so young. Makes you realize how lucky you are to own a waterproof coat!- Jack Straw

When I park in the Bridge tomorrow, if it's 'issing it down, I'll be using my telescopic umbrella for the walk to the stadium. If mine's confiscated too, please make sure you don't take the wrong one when you go back home!- Jack Straw
