This is pretty much the question all the STH that have listed their tickets are asking too!
Little adjustments to the Exchange system like opening nice and early when so few tickets left could make it work better for everyone; or at least for those selling and those buying.
This is my gripe with it. Club promoted it as a benefit of having a season ticket. Not much benefit it only opened once and then just evening before match.
Bit hard for folks to buy tickets if the club are so reluctant to sell the ones that could be available on the Exchange.

Whilst PB does a great job in most things admitting they’ve got something wrong isn’t one of them. He’ll just trot out the “fans want everything for free” line again and dig his heels in.

Exactly this. Especially as the club had been promoting it as a benefit to having a season ticket.
Great it’s opened now though.

:lolol: There is indeed. It's just when you list tickets on the site it sort of gives the impression they're listed and ready to be sold. It doesn't say "the club has *** tickets left to sell before we'll think about listing yours".
Given the Exchange was talked up as one of the benefits of season ticket ownership (for this post lockdown season) it is absurd it's not actually been in use yet so far this season. Got to be better ways the club can manage this.
