Yep - I’ve been a little critical of Tross before but that was an exemplary performance. I think he lost it once! And often had 2-3 on him. Outperformed Grealish tonight which is brilliant.

People can criticise the finishing, perhaps with some justification, but their keeper was and is class - and the FOOTBALL is remarkable. 1 goal conceded against Liverpool / Spurs / Villa amongst other big tests - in six games! I’m sorry, I’m not gonna put up with negativity tonight - we should...

That was a fantastic performance. Keeper played a blinder... Absolutely outclassed a very good side and were so solid - unbeaten run still going - we’re a top 10 side in the making - so many positives to take!

Clean sheet to show for it. Confidence. Yet another message to the watching millions that we’re decent. More respect earned... come on I’m being positive here :)

I’m trying not to go down the ‘same old story’ route as we look a totally different outfit to before. Way more solid and dominant everywhere. Mac miss was the one but their keeper also made some decent saves. That’s football - just really enjoying how dominant we’ve been but expect a Villa response!

If he doesn’t get in the game and have the ball for at least 10 mins of a half it’s obviously someone else’s fault - that’s the sock boy way!

League table wise (with av points per game) this is a harder fixture to Spurs and similar to playing Chelsea / Liverpool - we will need to be good to get anything.

Much as I don’t overly rate him, he has been better this season when I’ve seen him... The attack with Watkins, Barkley, Sock Tit, Traore, McGinn - that’s the worry - all good players for sure...

Villa team seriously strong - gonna be tough to get anything. Would take a point now for sure.

Yeh - just had it confirmed from someone there so thought I’d share it and me and Bladders have an ongoing rivalry of being ITK - shrug back. Ps - I can’t help that it was what we were ‘expecting’ can I... :shrug:
