What happened next was schools were re-opened.... Scientists have explained the risk to the vaccination programme posed by mutations of the virus. As to the 3 weeks or 5 weeks that is a decision for scientists. I don’t have an opinion and I am not sure why anyone in Joe Public would have one.

The past few weeks the broadcast media has been full of pieces about children’s mental health and virtually nothing about the risks to teachers or families. The other day I saw a 5 year old on Sky TV discussing mental health and I realized the way things were going.

Thank goodness Keir Starmer and Labour are onboard. The Government can get this through without needing any of the ‘all that matters is the economy’ brigade.

And what happened next ? It would be incredibly irresponsible to risk the vaccination programme.

I read an article this morning that may explain. Something to do with being in the midst of the vaccination programme with its impact on immune systems being a breeding ground for new variants. If we have to wait then it isn’t incompetence or malevolence. There will be a reason to do with...
