But **** all up front, we have the worst strike force in the division.. by a margin. No manager would do much better with what we have up front imo.
Pep would be considered clueless if he was our manager
I really feel for Potter, he is on a hiding to nothing at the Albion. The defence...
Hence my feeling that Bloom needs to improve the squad. The players are falling well short of what is required for the tactics. Really hope that Bloom sticks with it (even if we get relegated) and replaces the sub standard players rather than the manager who I bloody love
No excuse for players not doing their job though, they know the system. Not being good enough to do it is the problem.
Is that the manager’s problem? Well yes of course it is but the blame lies with the quality of players he has to work with. Is this another bring back Hughton and “let’s get...
How many times have we taken the lead, only to concede goals? No blame on the defenders for frankly soft goal most times? Go ahead and blame the manager, your prerogative
I just don’t get how it is Potter’s fault. Not sure how that is anyway arrogant.
Fair comment but I will back toe to toe football over 11 men behind the ball every time. I’d rather wait until we reach “must win” games before we go back to Hughtonball though.
I struggle to see how Potter can be held responsible for the defensive mistakes players make. Palace and Newcastle play a very negative style of football. Leeds are a one off. I am happy to admit that Bielsaball seems to be working but I don’t want to see us play like Newcastle and Palace
I’d suggest it is you who doesn’t get football at PL level. The manager is more than good enough, the problem is the players. We don’t have the players to compete at this level. Blame the chairman for playing moneyball. I can live with relegation, which is a real possibility but no way is Potter...
Shadow of the player he was, sadly
Potter is being let down big time by player errors. I almost wish a genuine PL quality team come in for him. He is the best manager we have ever had imo, but the players can’t do what he wants them to do.
Really? He is stuck with no PL quality players at the back and up front. Have a go at the man who controls the player purchases. There is absolutely no way Potter is responsible for our players being not good enough
Potter is a manager playing with one, maybe two hands tied behind his back. He...
