We both throw away a couple of million? Seriously, Ryan is unlikely to want anything less than his contract states, and as a full international - albeirt only an Aussie one, and in the final year of his contract - he still has value in the transfer market, so no reason for us to forego any...
 "I told you so" - what bollocks! Nobody said that. What I said was that he had some rave reviews while he was out on loan, which he did. You chose to argue about that fact, for some unfathomable reason. Anyway, I've got more interesting things to do now.
So, because none of the rave reviews he got didn't actually specify he'd be Brighton's no,1 keeper and be picked for Spain before the end of the 2020-21 season, they don't count as rave reviews. Okey-doke.
Somebody expressed surprise at Sanchez's overnight success, thinking he hadn't received...
Some of us actually reckoned Sanchez had moved past Walton some way before this season. It's been here on NSC, so don't go shouting 'after-timing' - it isn't. Once again I can't be arsed to do the trawling back for you.
If you didn't follow his progress on League 1 and 2 clubs' fans' websites over the last few years, I'm not trawling back to find links.
One exchange on the Rochdale site that stuck in my mind, though, went like this (it was when they signed Ben Roberts on loan). Is he (Roberts) any good? one...
I don't think anything's gone past him where we could honestly and with certainty say, 'Ryan would have saved that.' I do think he's got to a few things that Ryan might not have, though.
His confidence is fine - in fact it's one of the things he's had to rein in a bit since his Forest Green days. A few more games, and Dunk should have the confidence to leave it to him rather than trying to do whatever it was he was trying to do with that header.
Yes we can, but keep on arguing for the sake of it. You know you want to. Goodnight.
Checked out Arthur Haynes yet? You should. Anyway, it's a bit of the HWT treatment for you for a while now.
