Definitely........get the seat into your ‘basket’ as quickly as you can, then you have a bit of time for the rest of the process. Don’t dither over ‘which seat’.........you’ll lose it.

Only if the club are lying to us - it's a new, random draw for each game. Being in a group or not doesn't make any (statistical) difference to your chances apparently - the group is entered as one.
It's an option but still flawed (large % essentially have no chance of a ticket until the 9th or 10th game for example)........as to how easy it is to manage I don't know enough about the club's ticketing system to comment so bow to your better knowledge on that.
PB said as much on the forum last week - the Supporter Services team are up to their eyes in admin as it is, so trying to do anything more complex (which would potentially be equally unfair for different reasons anyway) just wasn't viable apparently. We've got exactly the situation you describe...
Sit in front of your PC (computer, not Balkam) at 8.58, log on, refresh until ‘buy’ goes green, click any available seat as quickly as you can and then the ‘buy’ button and you’re in.
