Solutions and preventions are indeed by far the best thing - but in this case they didn't happen so are irrelevant.
There is nothing medieval about hoping a child murderer spends the rest of their life in fear and misery.
You could probably make a case that anybody who did those wicked and cruel things to innocent and healthy little babies with a full life ahead of them must by definition be wrong in the head, so mental health issues.
Hope nobody does. She deserves prison - preferably the grimmest and roughest...
Not sure that argument stands up too well, considering that:
1. Sutcliffe wasn't muslimy
2. Sutcliffe wasn't Brexity
3. Sutcliffe was white
4. yet apparently there's plenty to see here.
