If they are, they need to tell us PDQ to give us 10 working days notice as per BACS procedure. I hate to be "that guy" but I have spent the last few months trying to ensure "that guy" can't complain about our company procedures.
No I get that. But unless I am being dense, nowhere does it mention they will stop DD collections immediately. It would seem to be implied and should be referenced in the personalised email but thought they would mention it here.
I may have missed this whilst skimming through 3 times but I assume this means 1901 collections will now stop rather than continue until January as we were originally told? I am happy to leave the money if they aren't collecting again until next season.
