Saying that it's being being taken out of proportion does imply that you do know that the number is less than reported. We don't know that.
Young people are less at risk sure, but they are also not the only people who matter, and they are at some risk. We also don't understand the factors...

A proportion of people who get it die. If you increase the number of people who get it, the number of people who die also increases proportional to the incease in infections. I didn't say that everyone who died in lockdown died of Covid, did I? Some people who tested positive went on to die for...
