Seaford beach this morning, two 20-something and fairly large women wearing swimming caps and goggles entered a fairly choppy sea with a young girl, 6-8 years old, who had a full life preserver jacket on and a swim hat and goggles...all three of them otherwise fully attired in street clothes...
