As I said on an earlier post, either this gig or a Slade gig about the same time (1-2 weeks) was my first ever gig. Them and Slade were both very good, really not teeny bopper bands.

They might be the first band I ever saw live, can’t remember if it was Sweet or Slade. Very different band live, than the ‘Wigwam Bam’ ‘Little Willy Willy’ chart music band. Excellent live. RIP Steve.
