I don't think it does any harm and each to their own, but last night was the first time I gave it a miss, partly after a friend of mine who is a doctor shared the above Guardian article. I feel it's gone a long way from what it started as - inspired by the footage of people doing it in Italian...

The whole ****ing world and the way we do things is turned on it's head, and people are complaining that once a week some fireworks are scaring their cat? Keep it in for 30 mins, maybe then it'll know how the rest of us feel all day every day.
