Anyone Happy To Admit To Panic Buying/Stockpiling?

I tend to go at 7.30 in the morning to that Aldi because I can run round get everything in my trolley and have it at the till for when they properly open at 8am. Rarely more than half a dozen people in there at that time in the morning. Today completely different - queues at the tills four deep...

Anyone Happy To Admit To Panic Buying/Stockpiling?

Just popped into Tesco Express to get some potatoes and wine and there was a woman in there trying to buy two loaves of bread. They are restricting it to one loaf per shopper ( fair enough in my mind ). And this woman was having a go at the assistant saying it wasn't fair as she was buying the...

Anyone Happy To Admit To Panic Buying/Stockpiling?

Yet, knowing how the supply chain works, you have stockpiled and support that action. Clearly you don't give a toss about other people.

Anyone Happy To Admit To Panic Buying/Stockpiling?

Anyone Happy To Admit To Panic Buying/Stockpiling?

What a load of old bolloxs. Supermarkets and supply chains are set up as a 'just in time' system. I'm not sure why they should change it because of selfish idiots like you. If everyone shopped normally then there would be enough to go round. Unfortunately some people are too pig ignorant to...

Anyone Happy To Admit To Panic Buying/Stockpiling?

So you don't think it's selfish to buy extra thus depriving other people ( including food banks ) of the opportunity to have supplies too ? We're down to our last 3 toilet rolls in a house of 5 because I couldn't get any yesterday. Personally I'd suggest that's because of selfish w@nkers.

Anyone Happy To Admit To Panic Buying/Stockpiling?

Sainsburys West Hove yesterday morning had many freezers empty. Spoke to one of the guys that monitors self service and he said the best time to get any of the most demanded items was 4.30pm because that's when the biggest deliveries get put on the shelves but you do have to be quick !

Anyone Happy To Admit To Panic Buying/Stockpiling?

If I find someone that's stockpiled toilet paper I'm going to take my daily dump on their doorstep. Selfish w@nkers. Went to two supermarkets yesterday and the shelves were stripped. Couldn't believe how many more people there were than usual and many of them with full to the brim trollies with...
