Anyone Happy To Admit To Panic Buying/Stockpiling?

You need to get to Spring Gardens Nursery just north of the Washington roundabout on the A24. Every time I go in there they have stacks of eggs - as many as you want (1 to a tray of 30) - even when this first started they were well stocked

Anyone Happy To Admit To Panic Buying/Stockpiling?

It’s really not that bad here. At the weekend I went to a a couple of farm shops on the A24 for fresh produce - no problem Went to Waitrose Horsham which was almost fully stocked. As was Tesco yesterday except a few bits.

Anyone Happy To Admit To Panic Buying/Stockpiling?

I was a bit worried about this weekend, was fairly low on some stuff. 10am went to the little deli / veg shop at Squires in Washington, was fine. Loads of meat, veg, milk, eggs (carton 6 per person) Had to go to John Lewis in Horsham and it was dead. Thought we’d go round Waitrose next door as...

Knights Butchers in Worthing is my usual place for meat anyway, but sadly they seem to have charged me £1/100g for beef mince. Didn't think about it at the time only when I got back. A friend of mine on Facebook just shared a video - he works in security at Sainsburys and was on the door this morning. He had to give the elderly 7am-8am to go in the shop and the scenes he describes are thoroughly depressing. A lot of 20-30 year olds pushing in, arguing with old people. 40...

Anyone Happy To Admit To Panic Buying/Stockpiling?

Agreed - this was my concern really. I crowdfunded Kitgum kitchen Brighton - was hoping to use my investment at their new place in Brighton on Monday but they've now closed 'until further notice'

Anyone Happy To Admit To Panic Buying/Stockpiling?

Thoroughly depressing. I use click and collect at Tesco and now all slots totally gone as far out as 7th April. Feel for my brother too, he does a weekly shop - 30min by bus, only to find out he can barely get anything he needs and has to go home pretty empty handed. Difficult to ‘not panic...
