TBH he's had years to do that with Murray and I'm not sure that has produced much. How many of Glenn's goals has he assisted? Can't be bothered to look myself because I could end up spending a long time on it.

I agree with this. It's time for him to move on for him as well as the club.

But as a winger he's not good. Not sure what he does well. Some say a good squad player many, like me, would say a waste of a squad position.
