Spot on. I was crying out for Bissouma to come on for Connolly. I like Montoya but that was a really strange substitution that turned the game in Villa’s favour. Grealish had much more space after that.

This. Can’t really expect Potter to do much more than he’s doing, our squad is so weak.

Think we need to change the formation. The 2 up top is not working as Connolly and Maupay are too similar, one of them needs to drop deeper or we need to get Mooy forward more as the gap between midfield and strikers is too large.

I would LOVE him to prove me wrong in this game but I’m still not convinced about Connolly. Always seems a little slow, running and reactions.
