Been running through Julianna Barwick's new offering Healing Is a Miracle today, impossible to be stressed after a couple of plays. Dreamy and fabulous.

Went out for a drive today, played this new offering from the brilliant Khruangbin with the volume up, was absolutely delightful in this weather with the wind in the hair. Might need to turn the bass down a tad, the mix is very high and made the doors vibrate! 8.9 / 10

Just did a hilly 5 miles on the bike indoors, listening to the new Rumer - Nashville Tears. The velvet voiced belle sings the songs of Hugh Prestwood. Country music, very gentle and inoffensive. Made the bike ride easier.

A bit of sun and Chablis in the garden, played Laura Marling's new one 3 times in the ears. Song For Our Daughter is magnificent.

Best album of the year so far imho running through the speakers, Lanterns on the Lake with Spook the Herd. May well be knocked aside later by Agnes Obel, but this album is wonderful. 14 / 16
