This absolutely stinks. You're right, my flights were with EasyJet, and I rang them immediately TC went under, and was told my flights were still valid. However, I could get no information about the hotel booking whatsoever, so we decided not to risk travelling as we didn't want to risk...

Interesting, just called them and I was told my claim has been closed as non-refundable. This is despite no communication from them whatsoever! They told me my ATOL number (5788) is Expeidia's number so that is why they won't be refunding me. Only taken 3 months to get this far. Now I guess...

You heard anything yet? I'm still waiting......... Phoned and emailed twice, but nitto. Each time I've phoned I've been promised an email communication back with the status of my claim, but I've heard absolutely nothing. Getting a bit pissed off with them now :rant:

Has anyone who made a claim received anything yet? I made a claim over two months ago but not had anything back yet, despite the website stating claims should be processed within 60 days. Trying to ring them, but as I type I've been on hold for 28 minutes

Pretty much feel the same.. Almost certainly won't be going, and we've already discussed maybe doing a Christmas Market trip later in the year instead. And as I mentioned, there is the added bonus I won't now miss Spurs at home :lolol:

Yup, I'd read that, but there's still some ambiguity about it. I've not been informed, officially or otherwise, if my trip has been cancelled or not. My flights appear to be ok, and that website does state "I'm not obliged to take them", but I still don't know the status of hotel booking. If...
