Twice in how many games, one of those a tap in?
Whilst they all count, I’m Fairly confident I would have scored vs Everton, even with an artificial knee....
We were talking sharpness in the box rather than tap-ins, like the one he scored vs Millwall and Coventry, which he has yet to display at...
Mooy was an obvious one.
But there is no doubt for me we were less effective with Murray instead of Maupay.
Even at 75 mins with 10 men, I’d be more confident of Maupay outpacing a defender than Murray. They are simply different players.

Yes difficult to argue any of this.
Potter made an error with his subs effectively slowing the game down IMO, when we needed to stretch them.
Murray was effectively pointless.

Is it though? He had a good spell last year, I sometimes think it’s his decision making that is flawed.
I mean that incident yesterday, he was so far away from our players, had he anticipated Stephens or Propper on the edge of the box?

Nobody said Locadia was sh!t after two games....
He’s had a lot of appearances and clearly ISN’T rubbish/sh!thouse or anything similar, what does seem apparent however, is that this level is a step too high for him.
Trossard has done fine IMO, and of course scored vs West Ham. Maupay time will...
And 20 minutes isn’t long, but it’s not just today is it?
He just struggles at this level.
He was still better than Murray and Andone, I think it’s positive the fans haven’t turned on him, but I did detect a few groans today.
Personally, I’d prefer to see Connolly and/or Alzate on the bench.
How many shots did he get away again?
Your defence of him is admirable, but I thought he was poor, his touch was like last season again, just not good enough.
It was probably harsh to drop him post Watford, which hasn’t helped, perhaps he’ll get a chance vs Bristol Rovers, and he does excel...
Come on, that was poor.
The mere fact he went for the near post was a no-brainer, let alone the fact it was probably our best chance.
Big Jurg went backwards for me today, however he looked better than Murray and Andone......
